CalArts Extended Studies
The goal: Repackage a Google initiative to resonate with the CalArts community of stakeholders.



This grassroots effort took no media budget to get the program off the ground and reach key stakeholders.

After mapping out the ideal user flow, we drummed up excitement by gating the opportunity through a custom form that I linked to an email automation for seamless user experience. This way we were able to completely own the offering in a way that better spoke to the artistic community of CalArts.

Through a series of postcards, posters and cross-department newsletters, we cut through with this initiative. Program recognition was high on campus, was met with an incredible response from alumnx.
